ence to include in the petition filing. The forms are simple. Demonstrating the relationship is the meat of the process.

very true.

thats the part im trying to focus on

and the lawyer usually can help in some aspects to properly write a letter for explanations.

well she sent me a package with some papers in it for filing. but not personal letter.

but i did save the package.

hardest part is i just got back 2 months ago. and she works 12hrs a day 7days a week now.

im trying to save chat logs as she is not capable of doing that.

cafe she goes to does not have a printer.

and its not too good for a 4'7 young girl roam around at night. especially alone to find a cafe with printer near her house.

very short i know lol.

im searching for the complicated stuff now. and as much examples that would be helpful also.

just taking so long to gather all info.

The age between my Pinay wife and myself is 18 years (37) and (55). I can't imagine marrying someone my daughter's age. I think the relationship is possible if you lived in the Phillipines like Walter (66) she (19) but she wants a divorce when the sex stopped. So you really got to ask yourself soberly what this VERY young woman is going to do if you got her into the States and she meets other Philippino sees younger guys etc, etc. My friend shipped back an 18 year old in two weeks. I sincerely wish you the best but I think you're dreaming. Try a Pinay that's grown up like in her 30s? Sorry to sound so negative but I know a lot about Pinay women now and you're inviting a challenge the both of you maybe don't need?

My 2 pesos worth.....

yes this is true too... that's why u guys, foreign men should be sooooo much aware of it.... be sure to urself that this pinay girl u really like is worth to be with u in the U.S.. goodluck!!!!

If she doesn't have access to her own computer, it's up to YOU to keep the chat logs; that should suffice

and no need to do snail mail or expensive telephone bills. Print the chat logs and send them to her just before the interview.

You can have contact daily or several times a week at least.

The age difference is not a big issue in the Philippines. The important thing is to prove a bona fide relationship. You may want to post in the Philippines regional forum here on VJ to get fedback from others that have Manila experience.

Best of luck to you.

 yeah its true... me-28 and my fiance is 51... but were happy and goin stronger....:luv:

Awww how come a cancel?

And that was a fast involvement into a relationship in my opinion. but it is highly possible and workable.

I am currently trying to get us more proof of a relationship besides sending money and couple chats that we had time with.

Not money for there needs but money for my needs... She buys stuff I ask for and ships to me. as it is alot cheaper to buy there then it is here. also to pay for our load & unli call & text.

I love my smart plug n talk... allows her to call me unlimited for a whole month for 500p for her. and 300p for me for 3months or so.

We encourage all members to seek a qualified immigration attorney as this site is no substitute for the valuable help and advice a good attorney can provide!

I'd like to see the link to the above. The site allows lawyers to advertise here and sometimes one is necessary

in cases where there are serious "borderline" issues where fraud may be alleged or the case is too complicated.

I don't see either in the OP's case. Mostly lawyers just wear nice ties and are good at hand-holding.

The real work is done by the law clerks. Oh yes, they make mistakes too.

Here's what a lawyer will get you

very true its the clerks doing all the work.

the lawyer is just basically to approve & if truly needed does what is required.

they help prepare forms & order content to make sure that it is all done properly.

as with all I have going on in my life they will help me considerably.

I have spent hundreds of hours reading & searching this site and many others.

and Lots of it confuses me more & more. Including not enough info about interviews age gaps & possible criminal Records information.

First you should always know as much as possible & spend time with whom you marry.

We can't get a tourist visa to have them brought here without a lie on the tourist visa app.

as having a fiance in states & sponsoring her can lead to fraud.

possible but not safe to do.

I lived with her and her family for 3 weeks & loved it and wished i could go back and live there with them. But try talking your 80+yr old grandfather into moving there with you so you can take care of him when is needed.

My 2 pesos worth.....

The OP is 35. I don't see a big deal with a 35 y/o man being in love with an almost 19 y/o PI woman.

In the Canadian forums one of my friends is 20 and her fiance is 34.

My fiance is almost 22 and I just turned 31.

This is not such a big age gap.

The difference in ages is not at all unusual, except that she is still just a teenager, so your judgment needs to be sound as you pursue this. That's for you to handle. Only when she is interviewed, (and hopefully you will be there) would the question of her youthfulness be raised, what are the plans for her in the U.S., etc. etc. Good luck.

I think that statement is primarily a disclaimer to avoid potential liabilities. Lawyers and other professional service providers do advertise here through Google's advertising programs targeted to content. The site doesn't exclude any relevant ads that I'm aware of, since each click on an ad money in the site owner's pocket.

Professionals can do a lot more than fill out forms. Many provide complete guidance throughout the process including interview preparation and compiling evidence of bona fides. Even many who COULD do it themselves, just don't want to or value their own time highly enough to pay somebody who already put the study into learning the process. Sometimes lawyers even hire professional services for such things. Ever wonder why?

Don't get me wrong. I did it myself (with a lot of help from VJ and CFL) but it's not for everybody.

Note: Buyer beware. I've been noticing an new advertiser here advertising $195, $595 and $995 for seemingly the same service with a website that makes it not all that clear that there are additional charges to provide full service.

That is exactly true..

I went thru the exact stuff with a car accident.

Clerk did all work including the final call.

& he also hired out for gathering more information of possibilities.

also including getting my permission to remove case from 1 law firm to the other he relocated to.

taking 3years due to the other insurance company.

I have enough on my plate that I did some research talked with 5 firms in 2 days time.

asking 5 questions.

First 3 did not know to much. so they were checked off.

4th wasnt positive about co-sponsor.

5th answered all my questions Including telling me with all that I have already I could file on my own and more then likely not have any issues at all.

but with my experience of filing forms it is best to have it as perfect as possible but not too perfect.

Which i know i made some mistakes on some of my forms.

The guy i talked to about everything for 45minutes *free of charge* understood & wasnt pushing me into using there service.

unlike most services try to push you into using them.

So today I decided to go with them for more of a assurance to myself more then anything.

if i don't get there help then I will be out 6 more months taking late nights preparing all this.

To be honest this is the most I have written on a forum at any given time.

and for letters I hate my handwriting & i jump around. as I lose focus.

Oh Ya ad-sense is great all though some get the wrong idea's from it.

Obviously you can’t read or your memory is that of a fly! Try reading the home page of VisaJourney.com under Welcome to VisaJourney! http://visajourney.com/forums/index.php?act=home

As for the OP he did say “I did hire a lawyer for the papers as I have a few complicated issues. in my thoughts.

example Taking time to perfect paperwork. etc. a bit of money for help to get it processed and done is better then spending 6months on my own to make sure it's all perfect.

I was going to do it on my own. until i read a bit deeper“...

well if you read was not looking for someone that young.

barbie doll not really.

ready for the hot blooded pinay? she is not as hotblooded as my first pinay lol.

I don't go for all the greatest looks But I go for whom the person is.

I could have had model material pinay's if i chose to. but they all lack what I truly wish in a wife. (at least the ones I meet)

And that is good family ethics. good family. & able to deal with me and my issues.

babies no problem I love them & have no problem with having them.

But difference is I will not raise them in the states. And I am sure she will agree with me once she is here.

90% of the children in the states treat parents as slaves (exact quote from a pinay whom I know) And also my own feelings.

once she is here I feel I will be able to handle anything that comes our way.

Financially No guarantee's As Anything can happen in life.

Which she understands unlike many from PI & other countries.
