Im living in canada and my husband in us, my I-129F and I-130 petition are approved, but not send to me because they told me that my adress is bad adress. the consulate of Montreal sent me the P3 for the K3 visa but it was returned. and the I-130 was sent to my original contry in Morocco.

Now I don't know what to do.

how to change my adress online as soon as possible?

and how to tranfser my petition to montreal?

You have to contact the embassy in morocco that has your petition and request them to send it to montreal, and contact montreal and tell them as well.

For the address change you need to file AR 11 http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/ar-11.pdf mail it as well as file online.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thank you for your help.

but I do not know who has to send the AR-11, me or my husband. because I noticed that it is for those who live in us, and me I have an address in Canada. eg state and postal code are not the same. sorry can you explain for me how to do, thankx
