I don't know which form!

I have looked and read USCIS and tried to figure out what form to file.

My 2 yr resident card and EAD are going to expire in a few months, and I have no idea what forms to use. If everything is included in one price....any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Tinker, the EAD is no longer valid (once you7 have the GC you don't need the EAD). What you have to do now is file for Removal of Conditions, form I-751. Ask a mod to move this thread over there

In the time between 90-days before your card expires and the day it expires, you must file to Remove/Lift Conditions (done with the I-751)

There is a complete Guide to Lifting Conditions here on VJ to fill in the details. You'll pay a $545 fee plus an $80 biometrics fee. (Its pretty straightforward.)
