Plus, I believe it's either bow or shake hands. Not both at the same time. I guess this is what you get when a man-child in President.

Giving respect in diplomacy risks our national security. But giving respect to our elders is a moral imperative. So of course, its what we come to expect from the party of "we are mad at something but we can't figure it out".

seriously, obummer needs to hire someone to check protocol for greetings leaders of other cultures & countries. or he can keep looking stupid....& making the US look even worse for electing the guy.
