You were friends with a stripper? :wow: really sophisticated.

What's wrong with that? I know some strippers who are highly educated and 'sophisticated'. Just because they strip doesn't make them bad or stupid people.

Hey, nothing at all. I just thought it was out of character for BY, whom we all know is the pinnacle of civilization and power lunches with the elite, to acknowledge someone even indirectly involved with the meat trade as his personal friend :jest:

As far as strippers./exotic dancers being highly educated, I don't think so. No one with advanced degrees chooses to take their clothes off for a living.

BY knows or knew someone of every conceivable "type" (one of his fave terms). He's worldly like that.

Very well written account of a professional woman who embarks on a new and very unique part-time vocation. Ph.D researcher by day and a topless dancer by night. Author gives compelling insights into the life of a topless dancer, her co-workers, patrons and the "dark side" of that profession. As counter-point, she contrasts the differing pressures and tribulations of her day job and the precarious balancing act for her husband and family. An entertaining and thought-provoking book!

I have been around the block, that is for sure. Hence why I know what I am talking about.

During my younger days, I have hung out with people now serving life sentences and later on also hung out with folks on the other end of the sprectrum. Now that I am a bit more wiser, I take the latter. They are honest people and a lot less trouble and headaches.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

When I lived in California I slept with all sorts of men for various reasons, and without any emotional attachment at all. It was fun. \

Uh-oh... then what happened? You moved east and things changed, right? i always knew life was more fun on the West Coast...

Yes, legalize it.

And legalize weed, too.
