The reality is that President Obama's approval ratings have been as high as 70% & as low as 47%, with a current rating around 52% (give or take a % point or two in each case). The Democrat's approval rating is somewhere around 90% & Republican's in single digits, which illustrates the extreme polarization of views in the nation today. However no matter what your opinion of President Obama to depict Obama critics as being sexist & racist or saying that anyone above a 105 IQ knows Obama is a "#######, a fool, a sociopath, and an emotionally retarded child in a man's body" is pure ignorance.
