Was the visa denied and sent back to USCIS? Or is it still at the consulate? I am a little confused as to where your case is and it's current status.

Hi thanks for reading my msg,

Yes, the visa was denied and sent back to the USCIS for "review and possible revocation." They also stated in a letter sent to my fiance "if the CIS determines that the info. we are providing would provide a sufficient foundation for intitiating revocation proceedings, it will send the petitioner a notice of intent to revoke that includes a statment of the facts and evidence and you will have the opportunity to respond.

so that's where the status of the case is so far. Were stuck in a blank state not knowing what to do next, because I already spent soo much money on a lawyer who claimed he was "immigration lawyer" and ended up not doing his job at all and wasted my precious valuable time & money that could have been spent on my wedding or future plans. hope to hear from you soon. Thanks & good luck on your case as well. :)
