hi member's...

my case was completed nov. 16, 2009!! and im thankful about that our case is finally over..and now waiting for the schedule of my interview. to all my batch JUNE FILER"S who have their interview sked 4 dec. You guys are luckily to have your sked this DECEMBER!!! IN my case i expected to be line up also for DEC. interviewee..but then when i talked to operator she told me that they finally through in december interview sked and the next sked will be on the 2nd week of DECember for JANUARY interview!!! :crying::crying: I think my husband will be disappoint when ill tell him later the news...

well, i have nothing to do... Only God can make a way again!!! And Again,,,Where HE lead me I will follow..because I know that He has a GOOD PLAN for US...

AGAIN,,, to all who have their INTERVIEW SCHED this DEC. GOOD LUCK GUYZ!!!! YOU can make it!!!!

you may still have a chance, unless they have actually posted the december dates on the manila website. i heard they are extending the scheduling at least until today or tomorrow because of last week's holiday. if not, you can join us in the january crowd :thumbs:

yeah, sachinky, that is what i am wondering too. yesterday the operator just said it is under review. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REVIEW ONE SHEET OF PAPER??? :lol: they just entered it in their system on 11/9, although they had it since 11/4 :blink:

yes it is sad that you dont get to have your interview in december, but you will get it soon. you will get the holidays with your family there. Enjoy your time there and goodluck on your interview when you have it.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

the fourth week scheduling (only done in certain consulates) are for the month after the next. for example, if they schedule the 4th week in november, it will be for january interviews. some people have been successful in moving their interview date up or back, but again, it depends on the consulate and their availability.

How long after your NVC case entered DS230 to Case Complete? Where is the info you are finding that they are interviewing people with a case complete after a particular date? I looked on the Embassy website in Manila and did not see anything that tells this.
