Hey guys.. I am sending off my 129f tomorrow. yay!!! I followed the guidelines that VJ provided in the guides section and have everything they asked for.. I just have some questions, because we are on a time line, and we really dont want to get a big RFE in the mail. SO PLEASE HELP.

First is.. on both forms it asks for my fiances address abroad. Well in panama they all use mailbox centers with lock boxes down town for mail, so should I list the address of residence or the mailing address, because as I read ahead I see that they send your fiance a packet that he has to fill out and return, and I dont see how this packet will reach him with the address I listed, so do I need to change it to the lockbox address instead or do they contact you later and ask all that stuff ??

Second, as for evidence I am sending A full page letter of how we meet, photos (two with time stamps, one stamped on the day we began dating) and 10 more with dates on the back and descriptions, Passports with entry and exit stamps, and itinenaries of flights from panama, honduras, and california, all places we lived and traveled during our relationship. Is this enough?? I dont know what else to send because I dont live in the US right now so I cant get letters signed from anyone in the Us and everything like our apartment, and stuff is in only his name?? let me know if you have more IDEAS?

Thanks ahead of time, I am greatful for all your help!

Check out the South America forum for what you need for evidence; technically you just need to prove that you've met the other person in person and a passport stamp usually does that. Some consulates like to see a "front-loaded" application with lots of evidence up front.

Deciding to send the I-129f before it is ready is foolish. You don't want RFEs so get it right before sending it. Delaying it 1-2 days now can save you weeks later. Just sayin'

Your letter of how you met is one page too long. Two sentences squeezed into the box for question 18 is sufficient. "We met online in Sept 2007 and correspondened for 1 year. We decided to meet in Panama, I flew to Panama and she met me at the airport. We had a great time" That is plenty. Attach your evidence that you met in person, a few photos, passport stamps and boarding passes.

For the petition you need to prove you have met in person ONE TIME in the two years prior to filing the petition. Waving at each other across the street is probably not adequate...but shaking hands is. All else is evidence of ongoing realtionship, not needed for the petition. You can include as much as you want, it does not hurt and probably won't help.

List her mailing address. On the G-325a list her residence address, then they will have both. USCIS will not bwe sending her any mail, but the consulate may

You don't need to prove that you've lived together for the purpose of a K1, very few K1 applicants have. As Gary said, all you need at this stage is to demonstrate that you have met in person with just a couple of pieces of evidence like passport stamps.
