Hey Guys,

I am just filling out the G-325A form, and I am confused....

First it asks to state " Applicants residence last five years. List present address first"

Then right below it it states "Applicants last address outside the US of more than one year" --> so over here should I re-state my present address?

Then it states please provide "Applicants employment last five years. List present employment first"...

But then it states "Show below last occupation abroad if not shown above" ---> so over here should I re-state my present work address?

THANKS! PLEASE HELP!!

On my husbands (he is the us citizen i am the Canadian) i just put none in that box.. because i am pretty sure in the instructions it said to put none or n/a if it didn't apply to them. But now that i am looking at it is kind of weird that they wouldn't have a separate one for the us citizen cause at the bottom it asks for alien registration number as well.

Hey Guys,

If you are the petitioner (USC):

First it asks to state " Applicants residence last five years. List present address first"

Then right below it it states "Applicants last address outside the US of more than one year" --> so over here should I re-state my present address?

Well, the question is "Did you live outside US for more than one year?"

- yes - then fill in the info

- no - then put N/A

Then it states please provide "Applicants employment last five years. List present employment first"...

But then it states "Show below last occupation abroad if not shown above" ---> so over here should I re-state my present work address?

Well, the question is "Did you work outside US at all?"

- yes - then fill in the info

- no - then put N/A

THANKS! PLEASE HELP!!

I have only lived at one address, so I put the same address for both fields.

For the occupation, under "Applicants employment last five years. List present employment first", I listed my employment for the last 5 years, then in the "Show below last occupation abroad if not shown above" section, I put NONE, as I haven't worked abroad.

There is a sample form HERE if you need help :)

With whatever the truth is. Generally the last address outside the US for more than a year is a no brainer. Last occupation abroad is either your current occupation or if currently none, then the last one you had. Don't make it complicated.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous

We are going thru this, to get my husband here from Canada. In several of the things I read, it suggested not to leave a question blank, put 'None' or 'N/A' - whichever best suits the question.
