Ohmygoodness! I'm sure others will come along to give more concrete practical support but I just wanted to say how sorry I am.

Did the interview seem to go well? Or did something happen?

I assume then he had a previous interview and they requested more evidence of bonafide, right? If so, what did you send?

I looked at the OP's history and it appears from her previous posts that nothing was asked for - he was just put into AP.

You were dealing with the highest fraud Consular post in the world. As such, there's no way to provide a meaningful response with out a lot more details of the relationship itself, the evidence submitted and far more important, the details of the initial interview. An actual second "interview" is rare.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Oh, so this was not a 2nd interview. It was more a formality then.

Without more detail from the OP, certainly looks that way.

At his his first interview they did not ask for any aditional things. He was put on AP. Then was called for a second interview and was denied. The interviewer asked for phone records my husband gave that to him. He asked for pictures my husband gave that to him, the interviewer did not even look at the pictures and he was rude to my husband. He told my husband that "I am the judge right now and I think this relationship is for immigration purposes". Then my husband realized that the man did not return his passport to him, so my husband went back to get it they could not find it. So I guess they lost my husbands passport. We really had positive thoughts because they kept his passport. We now know that them keeping the passport doesnt mean the visa will be issued. I am so sad been crying all day. All we want is to be together. Sorry for going on and on.

Do you have any evidence of joint bank accounts/life insurance/other financials? What about plane tickets? Passport stamps? Unfortunately, call logs and pictures are not enough in a high fraud country.

What were the questions asked at the interview?

And you can you provide a list of evidence that you submitted?

The first interview was fine the lady told my husband that she believed him but they just need to do some AP. We had lots of emails, call logs, lots of pictures, plane ticket, chat messages.

I am so so so sorry for this mess, Jacii. I would suggest you get in contact with your Congressperson or Senator and get them involved. The fact that they've potentially lost your husband's passport is a major issue on top of the denial.

The questions asked at the first interview was: Where does your wife work, how did you meet, where does she live, when did she move to america, where was she born, who took the pictures, Will she keep working or will you take care of her and her children financially when you go to US.

Questions on second interview was: Can I see your phone records, Do you have pictures. The interviewer asked some of the ssame questions from the first interview.

He basically decided from the top of his head that our relationship isnt real.
