We met on the internet.

We talked for about 10 months before dating, though I count from when we met in person :) - nearly 3 years.

We married after 4-6 years of dating, depending from when you count.

We met over the internet, in the comment section of a news website. Started emailing pretty much right away. He was already here in the US and drove 1500 miles to meet me about a week after we first started communicating.

A month and a half later I moved halfway across the country to marry him, and here we are. :)

We met online in 2006 - on a Spanish / English chatroom. We were having fun but I had to go so I gave him my MSN name and then we talked online for a couple of weeks, then on the phone for a couple of months, fell in love with each other and then I went to Peru to visit him. On my 2nd trip there we got engaged :)

Now it's almost 2010 and we're married and having a baby :star:

Just a small town girl

Livin' in a lonely world

She took the midnight train

Goin' anywhere

Just a city boy

Born and raised in South Detroit

He took the midnight train

Goin' anywhere

A singer in a smokey room

A smell of wine and cheap perfume

For a smile they can share the night

It goes on and on and on and on

My Sweetie and I met in the club my last night I was on vacation in Jamaica. We ended up on the dance floor for a few songs and ended up talking for hours. He asked for my number and called me two days later.

We talked about a week before we knew we wanted to be in a LDR, to be honest, I knew and he knew that night that we were in love and wanted to be together at all cost. He proposed about 6 weeks later and I returned to visit him about 4 months later. We will get married this upcoming February...almost 2 years since we met. I so love that man! (L)
