How long does it usually take after recieving 221g form in morocco

my fiance had his interview while i waited outside. he was giving a 221g and then the inteviewer asked if he could keep his passport. how long do you think it will be until he recieves visa? he asked the interviewer what should he tell me he said tell her this is the normal process. how long do you all think it will be until he recieves visa or will they call him back for 2nd interview?

hey , i did read about that alot in morocco but i just start my k-1 hope to me a good luck lol

they will call him in about a week , and MAbrouuuuk they will give him his visa trust me

if u can send to me the questions they ask it will really help me

It really depends.. It took my husband about 2 weeks after his CR-1 interview to receive the visa. Hopefully it goes quickly for you!

it is a normal thing, and it depends ..but since they kept his passport that mean the approved his visa , for me it took 3weeks befor they called me to get the Visa

If they kept his passport it is a good sign...

You can never really be sure, but keep your fingers crossed... for us, it was about 2 or 3 weeks after the interview (this was in Spring 2008).

Thanks for your response. they ddi not ask him alot of questions other than and they were very nice to him. He speaks english very well so the interview was in english. they asked him things like:

where do i work

Mom and dad name and where do they live and what do they do?

asked where do i work and what do i do there

how long have we been together

is he sure that he want to be with me forever

do i have any kids? what do they think about him

i was actually there at the cafe across the street at the time of the interview, but they did not ask me to come in. They ready did not ask him for any evidence, because when i sent in out petition I made a huge binder with everything phone rcords, emails, pic, basically anything that i think i might have thought of. I also made one for him with all the updated logs and corresponces . back in jan 2009 i sent him a magic jackn( the best devive ever made) so they recieved records of us talking anywhere from 6,000-7,000 minutes a month, and that is not including him caling my work phon and just calling straight threw. we joke all the time about doing a commercail for mj because it really does work. we paid about 35.00 for it and we live on the phone. so it's liek 35.00 for the year and he gets a local number so its like i am calling from the same town and has fav 5 on my cell phone and all the numbers i save a fav 5 are unlimited. so i recommend that you look into getting one it saves alot of $$$ and time. i just pick up phone and dail 10 numbers and we talk for hours. so we literally know everything about each other. lol let me know if you need more info. good luck and wish for you a speedy process.
