You should make him bring it! I'm going to make hubby bring my laptop when he goes.

I have my own laptop, but it has a 20 inch screen so it is soooo heavy and I am carrying on not checking a bag so I don't want to have to lug it all over from Florida to Canada and back . . .

My laptop is, essentially, fused at my hip, so I'm bringing it with me.

Our hotel has a computer in the room, but honestly, after working on customers' computers day in and day out, I become rather snobby with my own browsing. It's gotta be done on my own computer.

Also, I envy you. The sister model for my laptop is an 18.4", but I couldn't afford it at the time, so I bought the one I have now. Of course, I can buy twice the specs for half the cost now, but still... hehe. 20" would be heaven.

Mine has lived through various flights and a 36hr Greyhound ride... hehe. It doesn't hold it against me most days (though some, it's hard to tell...)

I think we're starting the good luck thread early so that it will build enough good luck momentum that everyone will be approved without a single problem. :D

I've asked before and I'm asking again - is everyone planning on wearing VJ Name Tags so you can all party together in the waiting room?

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Nah, I wish I would have got a smaller laptop. I have a big enough monitor for my computer, why do I need a big laptop too?

You guys should totally do it! Seriously, you're really lucky that you get to be there with people that already kinda know!

Or maybe just a secret button that you all know about in order to signify yourselves as VJ, you know?
