Good News for people with cases at Vermont!!

I know! But first things first. I'd be happy to see the recalled cases back at the services centers. I mean, it's the least one could expect, that they knew where the petitions are.

I should have said recalled as well.

Hey everyone,

If You think it's bad that we must wait for the RFE recall. Our petition was sent to China on 05/01/06 and they still do not acknowledge receiving it !

Gee, let me see, 3 months and they haven't received it, Now when They finally do, they got to send it back to Vermont. and then RFE me, return it and send it back to wait 3 months again for them to receive it. wonder if My Lady will receive her p3 this year ?

I Hear China waits a month after receiving to send the P3 and then on return waits another 2 months to send P4 Etc.

Want to know why they changed the name from the Older INS Name ? To hide the fact of their inefficiency

Mew - Read their post again. I think you missed a lot of it! They are definitely worse off than us.

Henry&Xia - I would start researching other options. Maybe start the I-129f over? I don't know why China wouldn't have received it yet (lost?) and I don't know what their timeline is but it sounds bad to me. My heart goes out to you both. I wish you all the best of luck.

If I'm not mistaken, zethris and the others know that their cases were received by their particular foreign embassies whereas Henry&Xia's case has not yet been received by China. Do I have to explain further?
