Will they Issue Visa after AP Over?

I got 221(g) also but they didnt checked any thing on that Blue Slip in other words nothing was missing.I wanted my wife to come and attend interview with me but my status in SAUDI Arabia is Student and i cant sponger her to come and visit me in Saudi Arabia she also bought ticket and every thing was ready but in end Saudi Embassy in WA asked for letter of sponcer from husband in short i had to go alone for interview and it was bad experience after tough & bad interview the CO said when AP will over we will contact you for further instructions any one can say whats that further instructions means ???? but he didnt said im approved or not.Anyways I also heard some guy was on 221(g)his Passport was taken by US EMBASSY RIYADH .But after some months they refused him when he involved Senators they called him for another Interview and after 30 mins tough interview they kept his Passport again . We are sooooooooooooo tense and in suffering by pain . we love each other more then anything .I keep praying they will issue the visa to me soon we have also involving Senator any response friends will be appreciated .

They don't and won't know what the instructions will be until they've completed the AP. If either yes or no was assured, they wouldn't need the AP.
