Ques re visitor visa, request for extension etc.

Hello All,

My ques is for my 72 yo mother who is holding a multiple entry visa to the USA. Her first visit here in the USA was 2007 and POE was LAX and gave 6 mos by the immigration officer. I applied for extension and was granted for another 6 mos and therefore, stayed in the USA for 1 yr and flew back to the Philippines last May 2008. She is scheduled to fly back here in the USA first wk of January with the same POE which is LAX. Ques are:

1. Do you guys have any personal experiences for how long do you think will the immig officers in LAX will give my mother the duration of stay?

2. Can I apply for an extension again for the 2nd time around?

3. She has a pending F4 petition from her brother. As I posted from the other forum category, she and her 2 siblings were being petitioned by his brother. Her brother's paperwork has been touched now by the NVC and is requiring my Uncle (petitioner) to start processing the AOS etal.. My ques on these are:

a. If my mother hears anything from the NVC that her paperwork and visa is available for processing and she is currently here in the USA during her visit visa, Does she needs to fly back home in the Philippines to complete her medical and interview process? OR

b. Can she just continue to stay here and process her medical and interview then?
