EAD not yet arrive

hello everyone!!!

i sent my AOS September 25 i got my Biomestric NOV 3 and until now i haven't hear from them.

most of the time line that i saw they already got there working permit yet.

when do you think it will be here? i haven't got any mails from them i am just worried about it..

I believe the guidelines are 60-90 days from filing AOS for your EAD/AP to arrive. If this is so, the earliest you should expect it is the end of November, and begin chasing it up if it's not arrived by Christmas.

I filled my AOS beginning of september. My biometrics were on october 13th and i got my EAD around november 3rd or something. So i think you are ok. You should receive it by december or something. =)

My bio was Nov. 4th and I haven't gotten anything yet either. But don't worry. Most people I have seen get theirs within a week to two weeks. So we are approaching two weeks now. Perhaps by the end of the week.
