My political representative sent letters to the California Service Center (where my I-130 application is) and to the Texas Service Center (where my I129F/K3 application will go ... I think ... after it leaves Chicago and/or the National Benefits Center) along with supporting documents asking that my visa applications be expedited due to a documented medical condition.

When those visas move on to Portsmouth, NH (the National Visa Center?) and then to the consulate in Canada, do I need to have letters sent there as well to continue the expedite process, or will that information move with the applications?

I don't want to overdue things or harass anyone, but don't want to overlook anything that might delay our visas. I have read posts where the expedite process slows or stops when the packet moves from one agency to another.

Has anyone been through this process and had their visa expedited? If so, how did the entire process work (with the visa moving through so many different agencies)?

Sorry I don't know anything about that process, but I don't think your K3 will move from Chicago to Texas. It'll go from Chicago (lockbox) to Missouri (NBC) to New Hampshire (NVC). :)

Has no one expedited an I-130?

Immediately after receiving the request from my federal representative, the California Service Center approved our I-130, issuing an NOA2 - but now I need to make sure the "expedite" process continues in Portsmouth, NH at the National Visa Center and then at the American Consulate in Canada. Will the letters from my physician and representative go with my application, or do I need to ask them to write to the National Visa Center and the American Consulate in Canada as well?

If anyone has expedited an I-130 due to medical reasons, please let me know how you did it. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated!

Evergreen, I'm a little confused... your timeline says your consulate is Armenia ?

Armenia? I have no idea why it says that - I'm going to check my controls. Must have been a mistake on my part while trying to select "Canada".

Right now I'm getting really confused over the interview scheduling and all of the 900 numbers at the US embassy in Canada!
