Hi everyone,

i scheduled an infopass appointment to go see an immigration officer to check my documents that i will bring on my interview date on December 10. My primary question is about the medical. Should I bring the form I-693 together with my vaccination supplement from the philippines because the checklist said, unless already submitted. She told me that dont see a civil surgeon yet up until I am told my the officer after the interview because the vaccination supplement might be good enough. I just dont want to spend money to have it transcribed to the form I-693 if I dont need it thats why I went ahead and ask. She said I can always have to sent to follow after the interview once needed. I just want to ask people here who went to the interview date having just the vaccination supplement with them from the philipines form DS 3026 if you guys had any problems with that? btw, our physical exam/medical in the philippines was taken this same year, March 2009.

Hope to hear responses from you.

Thanks

Honolulu office does weird things. They had my wife and anak do their biometrics after the AOS interview. Saved us a plane trip as we live on another island.

Lots of people have gotten by just using the DS 3025.

If they do require the I-693 you can use DR Arnold in Texas for $30. He does it by mail. 2 of my friends here in Hawaii have used him with success.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

he means some people get away w/out the i-693 but if you want to avoid any delays and hassles, it's best to submit it.

medical results from the phils are good for a year so yours is still good.

Vaccination supplement worked for all three immigrants in this house. We sent it with the I-485 and never had another question asked about it. I brought a copy of everything to the interview and never needed it, but bring it anyway

If I were you I'd pay the $30 and get the I-693 and take it with you in case they require it at the interview. Not likely you'll get the same IO you had at your infopass at your interview.

If they want the I-693 it will slow down your getting your GC.

Aloha nui loa!
