Sometimes it's cheaper to buy directly from the airline, I usually check all the airlines and the travel sites. When I went to the Philippines, I found that China Airlines was the cheapest at that time, only $600 round trip. Other sites and airlines wanted about $900

My friend went back this pass monday from memphis to sgn bought the ticket maybe about a month ago. he paid 950 with muti-entry visa included (3months). also from an viet owned market that did travel on the side. flight was with United that connected to Chicago and Hong Kong. But like another user said, United airline's food anit all the great. I personally flew with them twice before. Eva airline wasn't that bad, when i left from LAX (nice flight, for some reason flight didn't feel too long) But it all depends where your leaving from to get to SGN, and when.
