cancel your credit cards with her and close the bank account. During the starts of my divorce I saw my ex took cash out of our account. I called her and asked her what she used it for. She said she took it because she wanted to. WRONG ANSWER! I closed that account immediately and opened another account so she couldnt clean me out (not that I had that much anyway) My ex is filipina too and she started doing exactly like yours is doing....running around with the wrong crowd. SO, definately do your accounts so she cant clean you out or create a large debt and consult with a lawyer!

How long have you known this? Most folks, upon learning this truth, would do something right away. Bigamy is a serious crime and the police should be contacted. Once that is proven, it's up to the authorities to remove her from the country. As to the child, I assume you did not think it was yours, right?

Right, I meant bigamy  First things first though - you need to take care of the legal problems.

OP: You have joint accounts or credit cards together? If you do then you should act as fast as you could. Anything that has the $ sign on it is the number 1 target so better get it out of her sight before it ruins your credit history.

Scott and Mhay: She said she just wanted to? LOL. That's so high school! Kind of an answer I could give when I get caught and didn't have enough time for an alibi. I'm so sorry for your ex wife.. Hope she realized she messed up with the wrong person. Well, you did the right thing!

Look up on the Internet on the grounds to obtain an annulment in your state where you reside. I am sure fraud is a ground for this. If you can prove any kind of false done by her in documents, then you should file for a marriage annulment. You can do it yourself, just have to look up the Inernet and then go to the local family court and ask for instructions on how to do it and the proper forms that you have to file. Don't hire a lawyer unless you have a lot of money to spend! You could also go to the local police station and make a report (like a personal statement) where you describe the events and what you found out about your wife, then send a copy to USCIS and let them deal with her (immigrationwise - it will be their job to investigate her). You need to annul your marriage (if you wish to do so).

I found this out a little while back and I'm not so sure that the divorce was a fake as much as they didn't file the marriage officially and my wife said that her husband told her the marriage wasn't legitimate .. so they didn't go thru the problem of getting a divorce.

The problem is the child .. she only had one child but in order to bring the child to the united states with her she had officials and friends file paperwork making it appear as though she had 2 children (1 10 months younger than the other) During the interview she told officials that the older one stayed behind with her family and that she was bringing the younger one with her. The childs father has gone to extreme lengths to find the child, I'm pretty sure he knows where we are...

To top it all off my wife has started running around buying up all kinds of expensive clothing, purses, jewelry, etc. (which we honestly can't afford) and going out with her friends to the karaoke bars .. sometimes I don't hear from her until the sun is well in the sky the next day.

I wish a divorce was all that was needed but I'm afraid I'll face some legal issues myself if I don't clear my name of the laws that have been broken.

I am honestly started to feel that you have BEEN and still being SCAMMED big time...fortunately mine was stopped at the EMBASSY and a Private Investigator when I noticed things where no longer adding up...I consider myself lucky in that respect...even if I wasted my own time and money...

Not big on Conspiracy theories but be careful because some their HUSBANDS are into the CON game too...playing their part, it is all about making a fast buck on some KANO expense.

You will not believe what some people will do to make a fast buck....cut you losses NOW financially and emotionally, for you sanity sake.

I am very sorry to hear that..This is what I am going through this very moment..My husband producing a fraudulent marriage...

[/font] 1st: You have to report to your local police Dept...it is their duty to protect the USC...I would file charges against her.

I filed charges against my husband..

2nd: Report her to where you have initially petition for her... This will be flagged..

3rd: Contact ICE...Immigration Custom Enforcement...1-866-347-2423 I would call later in the day so that you dont have to wait so long on the phone and be very specific, and make sure that the agent who takes your complaint has all of your info also..Very important...

If you have your wife's alien number please give it to them also, the more the better..If she works they will ask her work information...Give all you have....plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......and do let her know......also contact the Dept of State.....it is very important that you follow the steps...

AND WHY HAVEN"T YOU REPORTED this before????? this makes me very angry, stand up for yourself and your country...

and if you DO NOT REPORT THIS ILLEGAL activity than you are just as a criminal as she is......SORRY FOLKS.........

When I came back from Canada, last week to cross back into the USA, I have spent two hours talking to the officers about my case, they took it very seroiusly and took a long report..Told me to report to local dept and ICE.....These people such as my husband and your wife, do this to get immigration benefits and this is a CRIME......

Here is my own story.....

Scammed into a fraudulent marriage..

In 2004 I went to Cameroon Africa to marry a man whom I thought was in love with me, was single and no children.. I have went through all of the immigration processes to get him overhere in the US. This past March 2009, he finally received his 10 year green card.

We have been having alot of problems since he has been in the US since 2006. After he recieved his ten year green card he made life unbearrable for me the USC..finally on Sept 2nd with the help of my sister I have threw him out of the house..He left...There is quite a twist to this man...He left quite fast and forgot a few things here and very revealing proofs. Audios and chat he was having all alone with his traditional wife and this man had 2 children with her and another with a different woman..They had planned this whole scenario, from the start to the end and how they would reunite in the USA and have me sponsor their children and then take the children away from me..

How he would create a scene so I get fed up and give him a quick divorce, and meanwhile he would be online finding his traditional wife a man to sponsor her into the USA. So they could be reunited...

Meanwhile, they have extorted me a $3,000.00 that I sent thinking I was helping children who parents had died in the past 2 years, and his traditional wife was playing the role of a friend of my husband who's caring heart took the children under her roof but needed financial assistance..all along they were their own children...this past August they have scammed me of $1,000.00 thinking I was providing an aprtment for the so called friend and children....They have ised the money for other pruposes....OUFFFFF!!

I have made a call to Immigration custom enforcement and reported this to my local police dept...Meanwhile my husband was harassing me and stalking me online...So he will be charge with stalking....

What else can I do, to make sure that our women of the United States be avoided such a heart broken, emotional, mental and financail situation...

I am sorry I am writing my own lived experience, some of you will not like that and others will think twice....If you have any suggestions please let me know, your comments are greatly apreciated...

Your sister

PS: I have posted my story on other sites too....People need to be aware....

To the OP,

If you were unaware of her illegal activity then you have done no wrong and have broken no laws. You need not fear any legal repercussions. You do need to report her though (which is also a good defense for yourself) and start protecting yourself from any actions she might take. Definitely see if you need to get a divorce or an annulment - you don't need her in your life.

Good luck to you.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Please tell me that you're looking to get your marriage to this man annulled...

Even a 10 year Green Card can be revoked. If the marriage is annulled on the basis of fraud (i.e. already in another marriage) then the whole basis for his Green Card is Fraud and this will collapse around him. Sure at this point his marriage to you isn't a condition for his current green card but if there was fraud employed to get the original green card it is still fraud to get the 10 year card so he is stupid.

ANY fraud, at ANY point in the process, from K1 application to naturalisation, can result in a complete revocation of status. even if this guy has citizenship, he can be stripped of all status and ordered deported with nothing but his suitcase and his foreign passport. a lie at any point can bring down the entire house of cards.
