"NVC Generates and sends a copy of the DS-3032* (Choice of Agent form) and the AOS Bill

to the petitioner

(AOS in this context means Affidavit of Support. NOT Adjustment of Status.)

At the same time, NVC generates and sends the DS-3032* to the alien."

My Fiance' has trouble with her home address, its a large community and she may not recieve it. So my question is do they send these documents out DSL or regular mail? Im hoping its DSL so she can have it fowarded to her work where she will certainly recieve it.

Unfortunately, USEM uses regular mail. In one case 2-3 years ago, that same type of mail was opened somewhere along the way to Surigao but still contained all of its contents, with the ripped-open envelop banded to them. After the typhoons, I am sure regular mail is unstable and of course it is sent by boat to the other islands, which takes an extra week at least.

You can speak to an operator at NVC once you have a case number and give them your email addresses - everything will come through email, no mail to worry about.

Errr.. you say fiance, but mention NVC stage forms. I'm confused since K1's bring forms sent in the packet 3 to the interview.
