Well..My husband came up to visit and wanted to know what all the VJrrr's from Canada were talking about when they mentioned "smarties" so I had to go buy him a box and YES canucks HE DID EAT THE RED ONES LAST.

I'm afraid to ask after the week I had, and going out on a limb here, but, what is a Smarties?????

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

They're candy covered chocolate bits.

Pretty much like M&Ms if you've had those.

I love PEANUT M&M 's!!

Along the same (sort of) topic...

What kind of candy bars in Canada are NOT available in the US? I'd like to stock up! Can we somehow complile a list?

Also, didn't I see a thread in here one time where someone mentioned a list of foods not available in the US, or substitutes or something like that? Or maybe it was a list of WHERE one could buy favorite Canadian foods?

There's a website in my signature that lets you buy Canadian foods.

And it depends where you're moving as well.

I'm moving to Southern Cali and my fiance says Coffee Crisp isn't very common down there.
