well, i am from egypt and my fiancee is pregnant , so anyone knows if can they hurry with my papers or not , i mean is the pregnancy make them go faster with my papers, or it is the same ?

Sorry to say that pregnancy won't make the process go any faster. Neither will birth. But congratulations just the same.

The child will not speed up the process. You mention a finacee, but list K3 as the type of visa. That is a spouse visa, not for fiancees.

The CR1 is a better visa for spouses as there is no adjustment of status phase with the accompanying $1010 fee. CR1 gets your spouse a green card after entry into the US.

Congrats and welcome to VJ

Please fix your profile and update your timeline! that way people can help in the future, its also confusing!

The only way to expedite a case is to be active duty military and deploying to a danger zone or to prove extreme hardship which is very difficult to prove without a ton of evidence.

As I recently told someone else, not having self control to wait to have a baby before you got the visa (if being there for the birth etc, was important to you) certainly does not mean you should be expedited ahead of those who have.

Congrats on the baby.
