Does my wife's 9 year old daughter sign all the AOS forms, or does my wife sign them for her?

We are submitting AOS for both of them at the same time (K-1 and K-2 visa holders). I noticed that the civil surgeon had my wife sign the I-693 medical form for both hers and her daughter's.

No, have Mrs. Ken1 sign on behalf of minor child and indicate as such (xxxxxx mother, on behalf of minor child)

Your wife can sign. The mother should sign her OWN name and then "Mother of minor child"
