hello to all,

before i started this questions i wanna say that all your opinions and comments and support are they really mean to me deep inside of my heart was so thankful to u guys.

i recently post my problem about petitioning of my parent. i dont have father my mother was already here in u.s i m usc and my mother was 67 years old and she enter in u.s as tourist visa got i-94 expired and visa expired in short she had overstaying in u.s now she lived in los angeles ca with my uncle and im living here in puerto rico with my husband were staying here for 2 years bec. of my hubby job and now we had 7 moths left to go back in states. since im usc obviously i can petition her with immediate relatives. i dont have any problem about the papers my problem is i dont know how i can petition her since im living here in PR. and she live in L.A i had some research if she can travel means to fly from l.a to puerto rico and then we can process all her papers here instead in the states. the answers of my research she cannot travel she had to say where she at. is that right?

now, how i can file the papers should i go to l.a to file the petition for her and using my uncle address ? or wait to go back in states thats after 7 months.

and

is not getting problem if we interviewed asked me about my address if i filed her to l.a since im living in puerto rico?

or

i can file her even i live here?

i had a job here in PR and i really new i been working a year now i cant take my vacations and i know they dont let me go i was so confuse right now that how i can set this in the right way.

any ideas and im really acceptable all your words, thanks
