I know that until Case Complete is receive the Interview date will not be set. I'm worried about my paper-work not benig entered into the system yet. Surely they can do a case complete and then set a interview date.

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.

I'm not not sure what you're expecting. You say you're expecting an interview date within 2-4 weeks but you don't have a case complete yet.

Quite obviously, it isn't clear enough. And quite frankly, you're whatever I call you and if you continue being rude to those that are helping you on these forums - don't expect to continue to be helped.

I'm not being rude mate. This forum isn't just made up by you, solely. There a thousands of people on forums. Also, you haven't helped, you've leaped to someone's defence, there's a difference.

And quite frankly, you're whatever I call you.

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.

I'm currently at the NVC stage.

DS-3023 was sent off start of the petition, as our attorney is our agent, so no need to file DS-3032 again.

Paid IV and AOS fee's were paid on 9th October 2009.

We received packet instruction on 13th October 2009.

WE sent off all documents, I-864, DS-320, I-864A (joint sponsor) etc all together.

NVC received it on 23rd October 2009 (according to track and trace).

It's been 24 days today; they still haven't entered it into their system

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.

Hindocha - I STRONGLY suggest that you call NVC to confirm that they received your documents.

Simply having a UPS or FedEx or whatever delivery confirmation isn't enough. Have them confirm they received it, if they cannot, YOU (not your attorney) send the entire thing again.

I'm trying to help you here and by asking you to clarify isn't necessairly a bad thing. And sister Mal is right, the !!!!!!!! is a little strong for someone trying to help you.

Firstly - apologies to anyone i have offended, this is such a stressful time for me and anyone who is applying for a visa.

I called them yesterday; that again said not entered into the system yet. I keep claiming it may still be in the mailing room. Now a question has been raised about the address of where the paperwork was sent.

The coversheet supply the address of: 32, Rochester Ave, but the CRS say sending it to 31, Rochester Ave gets the paperwork to process slightly quicker. Then WHY on earth do they supply 32, Rochester Ave on the coversheet?!

There is a possibility of the packet being lost. I don't know how this can be, as I have a receipt stating it was delivered and signed for my the NVC mail person. I can't just quash that, the receipt has some bearing. It's day 25 now. I have to buy another 3 birth certificates:

Mother-in-law

Wife

Myself

Re-send all my paperwork from here again via fedex costing £29.00

Complete again the I-864 (mother-in-law)

This was stupid. This is too much.

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.

There was a VJ member here who had a Fed-Ex receipt of delivery. Then a denial notice came because USCIS claimed to never have received the package. So mail gets lost, don't go by the fact that you have a delivery receipt.

Like I said, call them to confirm they RECEIVED it, not if they've entered it into the system.

I'm sorry this is so stressful, good luck.

Thanks for the message. My attorney is going to call again today. The hate the CSR, they just shoulder it off. They are sticking to the 2-4 week time-scale they have f just entering it, into there system.

Why give an incorrect address on the invoice. How do I get them to check if they have received it of not?

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.
