no package 4 yet!!!!!!

Well 8 days ago I found my case number in the US embassy website and with the interview date ..I was very happy and cheering and still However in the Us website they says if you never recieved your appointed letter 3 weeks before the interview date plz send us email at ........."

now I sent them 3 emails telling them I never recieved any appointement letter and these are thier emails..

this email from them is 3 days ago!!!!

Ok well in thier emails and replies they said they sent me an appointement letter twice but I called TNT and i checked with them and Guess what..They embassy never send them any thing for me !!!!the problem I can never get in the embassy for my interview without appointmnet letter ..my interview is 10 days only from now and the embassy is closed from now till next Sunday ..and by then my interview wil be 6 days away from then and with no Package 4 yet!!!I mean I don't even know what I should take with me yo the interview!!!I feel worried and nervous Salwa

Salwa,

First, have you called TNT? If not, do so. If TNT doesn't have it, email the Embassy and tell them you do not have the letter, TNT doesn't have record of it, and ask what you are supposed to do to appear for your interview.

We had a similar issue when Mohammed interviewed. The woman behind the counter sent him away telling him he was done when he wasn't, so he had to go back. He had no letter to get back in. I emailed the Embassy explaining this and they assured me the guard at the gate would be notified to let him in and to have Mohammed print down the email stating so and take it with him. He got in without much trouble.

They WILL work with you. Just keep on top of it. Seems the Embassy is working a bit short handed these days, so don't wait too long to check on your letter.

I'm sure everything will work out perfectly, but I know how you feel. The nerves are killing. You hang in there, be patient, and you'll be sitting for your interview before you know it!

I did call TNT twice and they have never recieved any thing from the embassy ...I will let Mark call them in Sunday and see what they gonna tell him..They are very rude with me when i call them .!!!!

Yeah But Jenn i don't know what I do need to take to the interview though!!!!!!

and I am not ready to reschedule !!!

I will let Mark call in Sunday and see wat will happen I feel very furious from them!!!!

I would seriously email the Embassy (of course now they are closed until Sunday) and tell them this. They can help you and will help you.

TNT is notorious for being that way... I hope Mark can get something different from them. But I would definitely email the Embassy. At the very least it's proof you are trying to get this solved. Don't worry, you'll get things worked out in time.

I can only give my opinion... most likely it got missplaced... you may also want to have Mark double check the address they have for you to be sure it's correct.

I don't think they did misplaced it becaused when I called TNT I gave them my full name to check if they had anything for me ..and they told me I recieved something at the 20 of May "which is correct " it was package 3 now they have no other things with my name ..if the embassy ever sent me anything at least TNT would have my name there in thier records ..Right?
