I have a contact who has attempted to pay the NIV fee at three Thai Post Offices with no success. They look at him like he's crazy. Anybody know the trick?

I have a drop down bookmark folder on my Google Chrome browser (any one will do) titled Visa Application.

Any important resource such as the post office address, packet checklists, forms, USCIS, consulate & DOS pages, VJ K-1 guide I put there.

I may not have everything possible but I add to it as I go along, specifically stuff I may have to re-check.

Nan got her's at the post office near the embassy. There is a form in a box when you walk in. you just need to fill it out and give it to the person.
