Not sure where this topic should fall, but hopefully this is the right place.

For those of you who came in on K3s, how long did it take for your husband to show up in the ICE database? We tried to get my husband an ID card at the department of motor vehicles just after he got here (about a week) and he was not in the database at that time. they told us to call back in two weeks. we did that, they said he's still not in there and we need to take a copy if your visa/I-94 and do a physical check, call back in 45 days. So we're about at the end of that and need to call and check on it... But now we have another company needing to verify his immigrant status through ICE again (for a different reason) and I am just wondering how long it's going to take this time. He's been here since September 18th, so it's been almost two months now.
