Is there a way I can send the I134 Form directly to the New Delhi Consulate without sending it to my fiance?

The reason I ask is that if I send the I134 form to my wife-to-be - then everyone in her family will know about my financial situation. I do not want everyone in her family to know my financials.

So I just thought to ask if there is a way for me to send the I134 and all supporting and requested information (bank statements, tax returns) to the Embassy directly?

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

Entry Date to USA: 2/3/2011

12-10-2012 - Sent off I-751 packet visa USPS

I751 Was approved - 10 Year GC was granted

Sure, just email them and ask them for any special instructions. Be aware though that a Consular officer is free to ask your fiancee questions about your job and finances and expect her to know basic information about them. She should be prepared for that big red flag during the interview.

Why are you posting in the K3 forum?

Watch out for I-134 forms - apparently consulates say they accept them but then they don't actually accept them - I'd send an I-134 AND an I-864, just in case - so you don't end up like us, up a creek with no paddles.

Verde is confused. Her husband was required to submit I-864 forms because the interview was actually for a CR1 visa, not a K3. If your wife is interviewing for a K3 visa, the I-134 is used. For a CR1, the I-864 is used. Again though, you take a big risk concealing your financial situation from your wife as it will cause the Consular officer to have doubts about your relationship bona fides.

I am not trying to conceal my financials from my wife - but rather from my in-laws. I agree that my wife should know my financial details - but I do not feel my in-laws need to know all of my financial details.

Since my wife currently lives with her immediate family - it is pretty much a given that everyone in her family will see my I-134 form and all the supporting documents (tax forms and bank statements, etc).

I am simply looking for a way around sending the forms to my wife's current home in India. I would then educate her on my financial situation independently when the time comes closer to the interview.

That should cover the bases. You might mention that in a cover letter that goes with your financials. Indicate your wife is prepared to answer questions about your financials even though she hasn't seen the affidavit and supporting documentation.
