AOS payment thru western union money order

mY HUsband doesn't use checkbook and in fact when we file for the K-1 i had the check made from my country while he just sent me the payment for the k-1 petition.

so now that i am in the US, we did it thru money order, are you supposed to cut it through the dotted line and send only the half of it? we did that and also, how do we know when it will b cashed in?

i actually figured that out, i called the western union toll # and then i put n the serial #

but thanks for the input though
