Hi guys.

Haven't had a question in awhile but am contemplating something. NVC received my RFE response on Tuesday at 9:45am. What I am wondering is - do they process RFE responses quicker than someone sending in an entire package?

generally takes 1-2 weeks after RFE responce to resume case processing - from what I have seen and heard on VJ anyways

For what it's worth, my RFE was dealt with in a mere three days, although the fact that I went through Electronic Processing may have had something to do with it.

Hmm, okay. From what has happened with my case - everything except this domicile part of my AOS is fine, so aside from that, my case is almost complete.

I should have chosen to do EP, but ah well, hindsight is 20/20.

Hi! You were able to e-file the I-130 or were you referring to e-filing the RFE?

I was browsing through the USCIS website and did not see an option to e-file either

Electronic processing is for select US Embassies for the NVC portion of the trip.
