Yeah, I know what you mean! My wife has a ticket to fly up here for Christmas, but we'd BOTH far prefer me being down there by then, if that were possible. She hates flying (she doesn't fear it...just hates the process). Also, given that I'm currently in transition, moving back to my parents' place at the end of the month on a temporary basis, I'd feel rather awkward being in the same house with them for a week with my wife. I wouldn't want to subject my poor girl to that anyhow. :lol:

Fingers crossed that the Optimists win out and we all have interviews and are home for Christmas. I know that my daughter and wife are not too happy having to travel to Toronto to see daddy.

Good luck and hopefully a merry christmas to us all (or do I have to wait until after Thanksgiving to say that ?

We need Americana2009 as they had an interview but it was changed and they finished in July,I think... WAY more likely to be scheduled... .

Weird, I managed to edit but it made a whole new post. Cool!

Plus guys... I can't call today -- it's too quiet in the office and my boss's office is right next to mine and if I can hear her, she can hear me.

She thinks my husband is coming to live with me in Canada. I would hate to prematurely give her reason to suspect that this isn't so. I need my job right until I can leave...
