Lgg is the proverbial levee...and she has broken!

Let's hope a bunch more of us see those tasty emails very soon!

Fingers are crossed....REALLY hoping we don't have to wait as long as the last bunch has.

Oh...absolutely! I've been banking on the hope that five months is the worst the wait could get, and given all the things that have gone on at the Montreal Consulate, it would be getting better soon.

The waiting is so painful, but it's endurable at this point. When it gets to Lgg's and HisGirl's length...that's downright hard to bear, I'm sure.

I think the biggest thing is having a fixed date. The "not knowing" aspect is probably the worst.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!

A date would help so much even if it's a few months away...can make plans and such.

I also find that not knowing when is the hardest part...

Yeah. I really wish that even if there IS a three month backlog, they would still schedule for three months away. It would be SO good for peace of mind...and would make the waiting much easier, since there would be a target goal.

That would probably be the simplest minor change to implement at the consulate level...

I'm planning on 5 months, honestly. 5 months is April. That means 3 months max away from my husband. Let's hope for less!

Yes..."hope for the best, prepare for the worst" is a great rule of thumb when it comes to this sort of thing!

Ugh, yeah. My optimism has been shot. We're on a tight schedule..and I don't think its going to happen. I CAN'T SURVIVE ANOTHER DEPLOYMENT. :< Well, I can but it's like, my husband gets home, then 3 months later, he's off again. I can go with him this time but I have to be there in April to go with him or else I have to go over by myself. =[ Blarghh

so far from my Noa1 to case complete took 96 days, we spent two months in nvc because my lawyer does not believe in EP, Lawyer slowed us down during the NVC process, but I consider fortunate to be done in those timeline. Hope Wyatt/Mal and others get thier interview date ASAP :) . Wyatt we need u to be more optimistic, it going to be a long ride ahead!!! :yes:
