Congratulation! I have the same log-in failure of 11/10, and case complete officially per the AVR on 11/12 but I can not get the operator to tell me anything other than the usual script prepared for them.... Good Luck to all!

The nice NVC operator just told me December 15, 2009 at 8AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG. I called NVC today. Interview Schedule has been set. December 08, 09 @ 8:30am. Im so excited. I want to wake him up. But its 4am in his time right now....I hope i can wait till he wake's up... Thank you god for hearing my prayers... It's a good Friday the 13th for me... Good luck everyone.

Congrats!! We have the same case completed date, so I guess there's a chance my wife might be in line with you at the embassy that day.

For me the sign in failed yesterday (11/12) and the AVR is not updated with it yet. In talking to NVC operator(last week), they said that interview dates are assinged on the second week of every month only for cases that are completed Friday prior to the 2nd week. But your case actually completed on early second week (as mine except mine was late in the week..) and you've got the interview scheduled..So that gives me some confidence ....

NVC should be scheduling interview this week right? Today is the last day of the week but I have not heard interviews scheduled..

If you are the lucky one.. please post here...

Hoping that WE ALL receive appointment letter before the night is over... if not, still HOPING that they will extend their scheduling until next week... :thumbs:

Just keep trying. My case complete officially was yesterday so that operator is giving you wrong info! They updated my AVR sometime overnight, cuz I checked at 4AM my time! Then I called back mid-morning and got the interview date. I still don't know when my hubby's medical is. I'm assuming the day before hopefully! Good luck!

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!
