they just needs :

- Passport

- Medical report (for detailed information please visit http://turkey.usembassy.gov/medical_requirements.html )

- $131 Fortis Bank receipt

- Original birth certificate

- Proof of relationship

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

you search online, or ask arround when you get there!!! Address of the embassy is online, Also bank is 1 block away from the embassy, 1 Min. Walk

make sure to make a doctor appointment.

are they going to send me anything? if not how can i find direction to the bank?

for letting them know that u want to get an appointment date to them for interview for ur fiancee

after that u talked to the operator

do they sent you right away an email ? the appointment letter/confirmation letter?

I need someone to lighten me up here. Your case was received by Ankara Embassy September 9, 2009, and you just received an email from them, giving you an appointment in february and you are happy about it? I hope that wont happen to me. September to February means 6 months! What's going on? I wonder if CR1 is scheduled by NVC or Embassy?
