I asked first. I know what I do, I don't know what you wannabe's do.

Sure sure.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Cannot wait for Hal to explain the socioeconomic reason for this.

Yeah I always get a kick out of that BS too..... especially when the average "poor" person has income higher than 85-90% of the global population.

I drove in the poorest 'hood' of DC not to long ago. Saw two people 'chilling' and on their Iphone.

I would like to see anyone justify such a crime and base it on 'socioeconomic circumstances'. Actually I wish this crime on themselves or better yet, their loved ones.

What a despicable

crime. I remember when this happened a while back.

You're missing the (F)

You guys are good with stuff like that. You do jack sh-t to solve the problem but are real good at the (F) part.

What are you doing to solve the problems?

Well for one, I supported "truth in sentencing laws", no telling how many thousands of lives this saved. Libs on the other hand stood against it.

I am for fast=tracking Death penalty cases which meet certain levels of proof rather than these cases eat up millions in Court and incarceration costs... Libs of course are against it.

I don't know this guys background but I can bet he has a rap sheet and walked a number of times which creates brazen criminals with no fear.

Danno, did I offer (F) (F)

You guys talk the talk, but can you walk the talk? That is the question. Or was it "To be or not to be, that is the question".

Dude, ####### are you even on about.

Such crimes in America usually have one thing in common. Hint: States with ridiculously low crime rates, also have a low number of these.

I think we need to really crack down on crime and have the punishment fit the crime. Habitual offenders need some serious behavior modification, not a slap on the wrist. I'm with you on this. But I'm not a racist. A criminal is a criminal, white, black, hispanic, asian etc.

First off, dhs like H-l need to admit there is a problem with minorities and crime in this country. Bashing a women to death is not justified by socioeconomic reasons. It just demonstrates that some people are innately neanderthals. And should be dealt with accordingly. That is, on their level.

This abo looking guy needs to be beaten to death himself. In public, for his entire community to see.

Some people are savages and beyond rehabilitation. Talk to someone who works in corrections and see what the real animals are like. I don't think that the fear of the death penalty deters this type of animal.

I feel that way at times myself, but we are better than that.

It doesn't deter it because nobody learns from it. Nobody in public gets to watch this person suffer himself. Worse off, they end up in prison and still get to 'chill' on tax payer money. Can you imagine we had public floggings again? Even an idiot would realize quick-smart that if they commit heinous crimes, they will suffer the same fate themselves.

I am sick of seeing people of any race suffer in the US. All while clowns like certain posters here, want to ponder this person's "socioeconomic circumstances". Robbing someone for food because you are hungry is one thing, beating a women to death goes well beyond crimes of poverty. It shows that this lowlife has zero regard for a human life. Those types need to be eradicated from the gene pool.

So true. Robbing someone to feed your family is a completely different scenario. These senseless killings are a total lack of regard for human life. They're not even of passion or an argument that got out of control.

That is where I totally disagree with Hal and co. These guys are not stealing because they are honestly hungry. They are committing heinous crimes because they don't give a ####### about another life. No thug in a Lexus shoots up a community because they are hungry or poor. No group of thugs beats a kid to death, who is simply walking home from school, because they are poor. They do it because they know they can. Because they know they have ACLUs, NAACP and every other moronic group ready to jump on cops for using a black pen rather than a blue pen.

It's no longer about the crime here, but about how the police handled themselves. One misstep and the case is dismissed and the police sued. All while even a murder can get to walk free, solely on a technicality. Once a society (community) is allowed to turn to sh-t, it's extremely hard to get it back again.

This girl was MURDERED. Do you understand the difference?

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills.
