Any July/August 2009 filers left?

I'm just curious to know if anyone from August or even July 2009 at the CSC has not received their NOA2 yet. Mine was filed August 13th, 2009 and was touched at the end of August...but no activity since then.

I'm just curious to know if anyone from August or even July 2009 at the CSC has not received their NOA2 yet. Mine was filed August 13th, 2009 and was touched at the end of August...but no activity since then.

I received NOA1 at 7th July then RFE 4 weeks ago. I responded to that right away but so far hear nothing yet! there are a few other July filers who havent receive theirs yet! So i guess, there's nothing for u to worry about! just be patient. 0_o. O am telling myself as well.... sheesh

My NOA1 was July 23rd and not one piece of evidence that it has been looked at since.

I am a July filer going thru Vermont. Still waiting for NOA2

*sigh. can do nothing, just wait. we contacted the congressman already n he promised to open this case for us and look into that as soon as possible. Seriously, I don't think it helps but that's the last option we have at this moment. Actually, it is really abnormal for me to wait this long after RFE coz normally others will receive approval in 2 weeks after RFE but I got none. So, i wonder if something's really wrong with my case... I pray for everybody!

the person-in-charged at the congressman office get back to us after one day. He contacted CSC already and we will see further action in one month, according to the officer at CSC. So, maybe this is some kind of 'standard excuse' again. I don't know, I didnt think congressman will be able to help much either.... I feel happy for everybody to get their approvals. But, couldn't help feeling down after seeing all filers who filed wayyyy later than me getting interview date with embassy already...
