Well, im sending my stepdauhters I-130 tomorrow. Please tell me if I am missing anything. I have in the packet the I-130, stepdaughter's birth certificate, marriage certificate to her mother, and two pictures ( are the pictures required???)

My wife, her mother, is at the NVC stage. I sent her IV and AOS already so just waiting on the results for my wife. Should i attach my wife's USCIS approval to my stepdaughter's packet?

Lastly, will i need to show any documents at some point, if my stepdaughter's birth certificate does not have a father listed. Her birth certificate only has her mother. The father was on it before, but after a court order and him giving up his paretal because he was not the bio father. So the judge issued us a new birth certificate with only the mother's last name and a note at the bottom saying an error had been fixed, but nothing eye catching.

Should i even say the birth certifiate was corrected? or just say there is no father, which there really isnt. Will they at some poit ask why there isnt a father listed or ask for documents????

uhmmmm it's supposed to be copies, at this point, right ?

the originals are sent in to nvc, during nvc processing?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
