I was told that at the CR-1 interview, the VO will go over all the sub-questions for DS-230 question 30 with the beneficiary, is that true in your case?

Do they go over any other questions aside from this?

I am helping my wife prepare for the interview and want to make sure my wife understands the meaning of each question thoroughly before attending.

As a reminder, some of the sub-questions for DS-230 question 30 are:

"An alien who has communicable disease of public health significance; ..."

"An alien convicted of, or who admits having committed, a crime ..."

"An alien who seeks to enter for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor ..."

the only questions from my DS-230 I've been asked on my interview were about my education back home and in USA and also about my working experience both back home and USA.

other questions I've been asked were not related to my DS-230.

The likelyhood of asking those questions at the interview is likely to vary with the country. More likely when English is not the primary language because they'll want to make sure the applicant understands the questions they answered.
