I am going the K-1 route, but I am a recent college graduate, and currently unemployed (listed as self-employed, but work on a cash basis). I am also still awaiting replies from some companies regarding jobs.

My mom has told me that she will be a co-sponsor for me.

So, do I have to fill out the I-134, as well as my mom?

Yes, you are the primary sponsor & your mother is the co-sponsor. You both need to submit an I-134.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

Ok, thanks. Also, do I submit it with the 129F package? Or does my beneficiary need it when she goes to the interview? Or both?

Save it for the interview. The embassy will care about your ability to support your fiancee, USCIS does not care about this when adjudicating the I-129F petition.
