The unfortunates, as I call them.

Unfortunates hey.. Gotta love (thank) the shows and movies for this overinflated delusional ego. How many folks here can seriously afford to buy a house in AUS? Now, why would houses be so expensive there? Especially when there is no shortage of land. With these two questions in mind, time to reevaluate who is the unfortunate.

Edited by Booyah!

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

desert land is next to worthless without a way to deliver water.

that's why.

Ahh so that is why it's so expensive for these unfortunates to buy a house. Who new?

Lets pretend is has to do with supply and demand right. Why would the demand be up?

I think only the minutemen and American Renaissance people watch Lou Dobbs

El Presidente of VJ

In other news, the group U2's popularity is being eclipsed by the Jonas Bros. among young girls between the ages of 9 - 14. Spokesman for U2 said that they have no intention of changing their music or band members to cater to youthful superficiality.

I hope he goes to Fox!

I've always thought Lou Dobbs was a moderate & he criticizes both parties equally. Not sure if that would float on Fox though.

Lou Dobbs is a radical rightwinger who has been making tons of outlandishly freaky statements ever since the Democratic Party took control of the House/Senate/White House. He is a "legitimate news" embarrassment of Limbaugh/Hannity/O'Reilly/Beck/Savage proportions. That doesn't fly at CNN. Expect him at Faux News very soon.

moving right along

Yeah it would. I'd be happy if he went there. I like Lou. We have disagreements, but he is one honest guy.

Lou has made some off the wall statements, but I would hardly describe his overall views as being radical right wing (if we're being picky reactionary would be the proper term; radical refers to the far left).

I think Lou Dobbs resignation opens an incredible opportunity for a new show on Fox (As if there is ANY doubt that is where he is going). The new show would be "Who Irrationally Hates Mexicans More, starring Lout Dobbs, and BooYah!". The format of the shouw would be a rapid fire "Douche-Off", with both sides spewing their unresearched inuendo and conjecture and passing it off as facts.

I actually used to like Dobbs (except for his ignorant racist fears about Mexican immigrants) until the whole "bring it on toughguy" line. Come on Lou, you couldn't even beat up my grandmother. He was clearly partisan in his own commentary, but on the air, he was fairly balanced in his criticism.

Yes because supporting legal immigration is racist against Mexicans.

You mean it has nothing to do with overtaxtion? How much of that purchase price goes into the government coffers?
