Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me, I was on H1B visa which expired in September and currently am unemployed. My husband, who is a US citizen is filing for my greencard

and I am filing my I-765 concurrently. What do I write in the "Current Immigration Status" field? I am no longer a student/visitor/H1b worker. Please clarify.

There is a paragraph 7 that describes what you should write if you are adjusting status (in your case you are doing AOS).

As I thought it would be ( c )(9) as you are adjusting your status.
