You said earlier it was about the phrase "Alahu Akbar" creating fear.

How is that "the mechanics of terrorism"

The argument isn't whether it creates fear, the argument is whether it is a tipoff. If someone is experiencing fear and suspicion about Allah Ackbar which is part of the mechanics of this situation, then it is proof that obviously it does happen that people shout Allah Ackbar before killing people.

I don't think anyone can claim with any degree of certainty that simply because the guy shouted a well know phrase that his motivations and ideology can be automatically divined and assumed from that, and that the only explanation for his actions therefore is terrorism.

Clearly you just want to make that assumption regardless of any deeper analysis of the perpetrator, his background or the events leading up to the shootings.

And you're dishonest. I never said that Allah Ackbar is the only proof. There is a hill of proof as to the guy's intentions. But Allah Ackbar is a good tipoff and can point you in the right direction.
