One thing I must say, as much as it pains me; is that the misuse of full professorship is outraging. I have seen full tenured profs be complete azsholes, refuse to teach undergraduate courses, treat their TAs like #######; avoid any kind of social and administrative accountability. It pizzes the hell out of me.
