What are the four options for Afghanistan?

I can only see two, either use our nuclear weapons to blow Afghanistan off the map or get out, prefer the latter. Just playing around otherwise and would rather see those tax dollars used here to fix potholes in the road. We can't even deal with our own problems, what makes Obama or others think they can solve other countries problems? But very curious as to exactly what those four options are. Only one revealed so far is sending more troops to an unknown enemy, that sounds entirely stupid to me.

Can anyone speculate as to what those four options are? And why is one guy making that decision, what in the hell do we have a congress for besides patronizing healthcare insurers.

Any call in program I have listened to on this subject, nine were for leaving, one was for staying, assume that one is making money from that so-called war. Should dress that a$$hole like a target and send him to Afghanistan.
