You are alot further in this process than me, the only thing that I can offer you is I can empathize with your situation :(

:help: we can't be the only ones who have had this happen and wondered what's next - if someone out there has been where we are now please please share what if anything happened next and how long did it take ?

03/18/2010: Case Complete!

03/25/2010: Called NVC .. INTERVIEW May 27 @ 7:45!! Woot Woot

05/27/2010: Approved at the interview, but put on AP afterwards :(

06/27/2010: Really missing my Hubby :*(

07/29/2010: Visa Issued!! AP is OVER!!

07/31/2010: Visa in hand!!! Thank you GOD!

The consulate always returns original documents whether the visa is approved or not. They gave us ours at the interview along with the approval notice. It means they are finished with any need for the original documents you submitted. It is not an indication of approval or not.

be patient, your case is legit, u will b reunited sooner or later....
