cover sheets??

i m confused about the cover sheets for i-864 package and the DS-230 package. Are the $70 and the $400 receipts the cover sheets? do i attach both of these receipts and the document sheet in both of the packages? please help , i am ready to send these packages out this week. thanks

'for i864 package you have another cover sheet which you should print after AOS shown paid and for IV package you have another cover sheet which you print from NVC web site after IV bill shown paid, you can not print it on the same time

when u pay the fees and invoice shows it as PAID then on same page click on the button DOCUMENT COVER SHEET. as both invoices are different AOS and IV . so there cover sheets are also different , print them both and attach to the related packet .
